Custom Homes
We welcome your participation as we create, design and build a custom home on your own land or on a lot that we identify on your behalf. Whether you opt to tweak one of our unique home plans to specifically meet your desires, or wish to develop a new plan, you will work directly with our architect to design a home that fits your style and meets your needs. It is important to us that the process is fun and rewarding, providing you with a home that exceeds your expectations.
At Thrive, we encourage you to be as involved in the construction process as you desire to be. We are accustomed to our clients working with our in-house designer to personalize every detail of their home. If you prefer, we are also happy to take the lead should you desire us to select finishes that meet our standard level of high quality.
During our kick-off meeting we will introduce you to the team and share with you our design studio. Our desire is that you will enjoy using our resource library to find inspiration and as a quiet place to make decisions. We will provide resources to assist you in the selection of exterior and interior paint colors, door design, custom cabinetry, granite, tile, appliances, light fixtures and plumbing fixtures.
We will meet on several occasions throughout the construction process so that you can be involved in the exact placement of the home and garage on the lot, framing options, electrical fixture and outlet placement and landscaping.
We believe that our responsibility is two-fold: to deliver a high-quality home and then continue to provide excellent service after the completion of the project. All of our new construction homes automatically come with a 1 year "bumper to bumper" warranty backed and serviced by Thrive. Extended warranty options are also available.

Renovations/Additions
Whether you have identified a home that needs full restoration, or you elect to upgrade or add onto your current home, Thrive has the expertise and creative vision to get the job done.
During a whole house restoration, Thrive focuses on the retention of the original character and period details of the home while incorporating modern conveniences and building in accordance with current code requirements. The home is transformed from the studs out and new systems are installed to provide an energy efficient environment. We work diligently to incorporate materials restored from the home or salvaged from a home of a similar style and era. Where new materials are more practical, Thrive desires to closely replicate the old.
At various points in the life cycle of any home, upgrades or additions are important. Thrive specializes in large scale additions, kitchen and bath renovations, custom cabinetry and trim upgrades, replacement of flooring and landscape overhauls. We recognize the importance of seamlessly blending the upgrades with the rest of the home and in accordance with special circumstances dictated by the neighborhood, the lot or the original home.
During the initial planning phases, the Thrive team listens closely to identify client desires and expectations and the ultimate vision for their home. We focus on synchronizing all aspects of design and construction to ensure that the finished product fully conforms to this vision.
Throughout construction, client involvement mirrors that of our custom new home construction process. We welcome all levels of client interaction and look forward to helping you achieve your goals!
