Christopher A. Rudd

As President of Thrive Homes, Chris Rudd is responsible for all things construction - from planning to framing, finishes and warranty. Chris is also responsible for property/lot acquisition, for speculative and pre-sale ventures, as well as contract bidding for Thrive's custom renovations and additions.

Chris is a graduate of Emory University, where he majored in Economics. Although involved in some form or fashion of construction since his early years near Nashville, Tennessee, he spent several years after college working in the institutional investment sector before deciding to dedicate himself full-time to his true passion – home-building.

Chris strives to create value for his clients by building top quality, architecturally inspiring homes in an environmentally conscious manner, that are truly built to last a lifetime. Although his day to day responsibilities lie in construction, his true focus is building close relationships with his clients that last beyond the scope of any particular project.

Kirstin Hobday

As a member of the Thrive Homes team, Kirstin Hobday combines six years of successfully marketing and selling homes in Atlanta's Intown neighborhoods with her passion for creating and designing spaces in which homeowners enjoy living and ultimately, Thrive.

Kirstin offers Thrive clients an extensive understanding of the home building and restoration process and provides insight into design decisions that will help maximize both the value and beauty of the home. Kirstin appreciates homes with character and personality and is inspired by the rich collections of homes, both new and old, that define Intown living.

Whether starting with a blank slate, or working to seamlessly blend an addition with an existing home, as the Thrive in-house designer, Kirstin works closely with clients to incorporate their personal style with cutting edge design elements to create a beautiful and cohesive product.

Patrick Keating

Patrick Keating is Thrive Home’s Construction Supervisor with the responsibility of overseeing construction projects from start to finish.

Patrick’s love for construction began in his hometown of LaGrangeville, New York, where as a high school student he worked framing houses. After college he moved to Atlanta to work with a construction company that specializes in renovations, additions and finishing basements. Patrick went on to become a Warranty Technician then Builder for one of the largest residential builders in the Southeast.

His experience led him to work as a General Contractor for private homeowners and professional builders where his focus was to build using the most up-to-date materials, including “green” and energy efficient resources, while maintaining the style and integrity of the home and the neighborhood.

The professionalism and quality of the construction at Thrive Homes drew Patrick to the company. He has embraced his role at Thrive Homes and looks forward to taking on each project with care and personal pride.

Crystal Robinson

Crystal graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a Bachelor of Architecture. She is a registered architect and an event planner on the side. She has been working ‘behind-the-scenes’ for five years coordinating architectural projects as well as private events each with the goal of providing the client with the best product and memorable event possible.

As Office Manager of Thrive Homes, she provides the other team members the coordination and organizational support they need to accomplish the many details involved in constructing or renovating a home for our clients. She enjoys working with a close group of people that work hard and care about their product enough to produce only the best.
